| Greetings clients and guests! Expat.cz
would like to offer our clients and their guests a personalized transfer
from the airport to their chosen destination in Prague or the rest of the
Czech Republic, and then back to the airport upon leaving. A member of the
Expat.cz team will wait for you in the arrival lobby at the Prague
International Airport and help you get settled in right away. No longer
will guests have to haggle with local taxi drivers that do not speak English
or be afraid of not having local currency on their person. During the stress
free trip to your hotel or apartment we will provide a few tips for getting
around Prague, local customs, etc., as well as any other information you
might require. Then, after your exciting trip to the Czech Republic, we
will take you to the airport to catch your departing flight. Arrive and

Cost:
-800 Kc / 25 EURO / 30 USD / 18 GBP per leg
(i.e. airport-hotel or hotel-airport)
-1,400 Kc / 45 EURO / 55 USD / 29 GBP round trip
(i.e. airport-hotel-airport)
- Price valid within Prague city limits. Transfers
outside city limits can be arranged.
- Max occupancy three adults per car excluding driver. Multiple cars or
vans can be arranged.
- A limit of 1 airport transfer will be provided by a Expat.cz
driver per day unless previously agreed upon. The transfers are selected
on a first come first serve basis, with brides and grooms having preference.
All other transfers on the same day will be handled by a contracted firm
via Expat.cz, payable to Expat.cz at a date agreed
upon with a member of Expat.cz.

Payment:
-The Expat.cz airport transfer is payable in CZK, USD, GBP,
EURO, by credit card or a check banked at British financial house on delivery.
-Pre-payment and consolidated payment with wedding
or inspection trip budgets are available to wedding couples to avoid mutliple
cash payments. Wedding guests can pre-pay using a credit card or bank
transfer.
Confirmation Process :
-A member of the Expat.cz team will contact you within two working
days of receiving the enquiry with a confirmation of reservation.
-A member of the Expat.cz team will then contact you 2-3 working
days prior to arrival to verify all plans are still according to the submitted
information. Verification must be made within this window in order to
guarantee pick-up.
Important Note:
If you arrive excessively early please wait for the driver in the main
meeting area outside of the baggage claim/customs area. Our drivers usually
do not arrive until 10 minutes before the plane is scheduled to land.
Also, please note that airport transfers must be booked no later than
7 working days prior to arrival or departure. Last minute transfers are
possible under certain circumstances, but may be subject to a higher fee.
Emergency Numbers:
If you have a last minute cancellation, your luggage is lost or you will be delayed through customs please call Vasek +420 775 293 053, and let him know what your wishes are for the driver.
